The 30 min a day challenge

Just a quickie to update on last weeks 30 minutes a day exercise challenge:-

Monday - Zip nothing
Tuesday - 60 minutes yoga :)
Wednesday - Zip nothing
Thursday - 30 minutes Core Rythms DVD (work that waist!)
Friday - 30 minutes Brisk Walk DVD
Saturday - 30 minutes Walk for Weightloss DVD
Sunday - Another .. zip

So 4 days out of 7, not perfect, but I am really happy that I am making it a priority and really thinking about how I can work some exercise into my busy day.

I have been drinking way more water than normal, however .. yip there is a however .... weigh-in day is tomorrow, I really hope something happens because the whole week the scale has not budged .. been staying the same, really hope my official day tomorrow shows some results.

Wow! Good going, Lisa! Don't worry, with all this work, the scale will catch up...if not tomorrow, then eventually!
